Happy New Year!
The great weather on New Year’s Eve brought out one of the largest crowds to the Bendigo Community Bank Nathalia New Year’s Eve Carnival. With market stalls, food stalls, rides, music, spinning wheels, animals and the show & shine there was plenty of entertainment for everyone.
The evening was topped off with a great fireworks display at midnight which was sponsored by TJ’s IGA supermarket, Rex James Stockfeed and Ryan Meat Company.
Winner of the New Year’s Eve raffle trailer, donated by Lawless Lasers, is Jenny Darcy. Jenny is a Nathalia girl but now living in Queensland. Jenny was thrilled to bits with her win. She and partner Luke eagerly studied the list of contents and will share with family before heading back to Queensland with trailer in tow. Congratulations Jenny, what a great start to 2024.
Second prize of a Smart TV donated by Ross Smith was Bluey Madden also from Nathalia and third prize of a $200 fuel voucher from Tasco Petroleum and Dove Motors was Jeanette Holland from Picola.
